Building Services Tendering
- We submit prices for HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, Data, BMS and Solar P.V.
- We can provide combined package deals for the above trades
- With our in-house expertise we can provide alternative Value Engineering & Energy Cost Savings
- For the services we provide, we currently price Building Services where the Construction Value is up to $60M
- Fantail Services is always growing, therefore the project values we tender for is consistently under review
Design & Build

- With our design solutions, we provide detailed and accurate budgets
- From concept to consent we provide documentation for Council consent i.e. PS1, design drawings, specifications, etc
- We carry out site inspection reports of existing Building Services and offer Value Engineering & Energy Cost Savings
