- Floor refit in Westpac Tower
- Design & shop drawings to recondition the existing 40-year-old CV units supplied from the chiller and boiler.
- Modify ductwork to provide a clean appearance of exposed services
- Design new BMS, flow valves, etc for the floor mechanical system
- Upgrade the existing DB and supply new server cabinet
- Cable tray installation
- New LED lighting, power and data throughout including high end feature lighting
- Electrical for mechanical by Fantail including high level BMS controls 3-month project for Fantail
