PRIVACY POLICY

We collect personal information from you, including information about your: name, contact information, location, computer or network interactions with us and billing or purchase information.

We collect your personal information in order to your suitability as a potential client, to assess your needs and to provide services and products.

Besides our staff, we share this information with our suppliers, to assess your needs and to provide services and products.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.

RESIDENTIAL HEAT PUMP POLICY

Terms

  • We’ll beat a competitors quote by 5% based on all terms, criteria and information provided in this policy.
  • Competitor’s premises must be based in Wellington City suburbs, Hutt Valley, Porirua, or Kapiti Coast
  • We supply the product(s) and the product(s) must be in stock and available
  • Applies to Residential properties only.
  • Applies to Heat pump installations or service checks (maintenance) or service repairs only.
  • Based on working between the hours of 8am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday (over-time rates apply outside of these hours and will be quoted as an additional cost) 

Exceptions

  • Doesn’t apply to products within insurance claims, other promotions e.g., Government subsidies, family discounts, etc, stock liquidations or commercial quantities.
  • Installations – works will not be performed by us if we discover that the product(s) quoted and/or installation method are/is unsuitable for the requirements of the site, the client or not to manufacturers recommendations, the building codes or good practices.
  • Service repairs – If a fault is diagnosed by a competitor and the quoted replacement parts are deemed unsuitable for the application, we will advise you of an alternative solution. Being deemed unsuitable is only discovered after the part is replaced and more diagnostics are required.
  • Installations and Service Repairs – we will not provide labour only. The competitors quote must include the supply of the product and materials.
  • No Scope – if a detailed scope on the competitors quotes is unavailable, we cannot apply our offer.
  • Missed scope items – If we deem the competitor to have missed costs of products, materials and labour from the quote, we will provide feedback prior to proceeding with a price comparison discount quote.

Additional Criteria

  • Price comparison must include for each offer:
  • Heat pump supply and installation(s) – The exact same installation scope of work(s)
  • Service check(s) – The exact same list of checks to perform.
  • Service repair(s) – The exact same scope of work(s)
  • We have the right to verify with the competitor.
  • ‘Any’ means any brands and products that we can supply. If we cannot source a product, we can beat your quote by 5% with an alternative product.
  • Advertised same stocked item, means the ‘residential’ brands (products) that we advertise on our website, being Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Hitachi, Toshiba, Carrier, Gree

Payment Criteria

  • Excludes credit card payments, payments by cheque and finance offers/payments.
  • Installations – 50% deposit of the agreed quote total value, paid within 7 days. Final 50% deposit paid on completion of commissioning.
  • Service Checks – 100% of the agreed quote total value, paid up front before parts are ordered.
  • Service Repairs – 100% of the agreed quote total value, paid up front before parts are ordered.
  • All payments direct to our bank account which are shown on our invoice.
